Scale is up 1 lb. I am not surprised. Something is wrong with me...in my head I mean. I knew it was my weigh in and I ate 2 dinners last night. It is like I wanna be able to prove the entire diet community wrong. I wanna be able to eazt what I want and still lose weight. Well duh thats not gonna happen.


  1. Well, you know what you did wrong, so just fix it. You're fine.

  2. I tend to do the same thing. Why do I do great all week and then undo the good work on the weekend, right before weigh in. Live and learn I guess!

  3. It's a mind game! The weight loss struggle is 99% mind control and 1% everthing else. My mind consistently sabotages my efforts. But I like to perform a little postive thinking ritual when my mind is not right:
    1. Look in the mirror.
    2. Smile.
    3. Say something positive.
    I blogged about my positive thinking ritual for a week.

  4. This weight loss thing is no joke....I'm up several pounds since I started working out!
    Trying Jillian Michaels now, we'll see where that gets me.
