Feed back please

I am so off the bandwagon and ready to really make it happen.
I was thinking about doing weight watchers.. ...

What have been your experience or thoughts on this...?

    I've done WW many times, but this time I am really finding it works. It is only worth the money if you attend the weekly meeting and really keep up with the tracking. If you can do that...not only is it worth it...but you're guaranteed to lose weight.

  2. Stormy, I can honestly say that I have NEVER been able to lose weight UNTIL I started WW. I have been doing it now for 12 weeks and have lost 35 pounds. And Im just NOW starting to add exercise. It works for me!

  3. Have you done WW before?
    For me there is just enough structure to keep me in check with my eating but enough leeway that I don't feel deprived.
    I don't consider it a diet....I consider it changes I am making for the rest of my life.

  4. I have done WW. It worked for me. I stayed with it for about 4 months until I wanted to lose more weight faster. That is when I switched to straight calorie counting. WW was good for me at that point in time. It gives you structure.

  5. I tried it many, many times. It's a GREAT program and it definitely works for a lot of people. The time that I was actually able to lose the weight though - I just went it alone.

    A lot of people swear by WW. I don't think you have anything to lose by giving it a try. It's reasonably priced, and it's healthy!

    Another site that a lot of people have had good success with is SparkPeople. Have you heard of that one? It's free, and they have awesome nutrition trackers, fitness trackers, message boards, articles, etc. Every time I visit it I can't believe it's free!

  6. I just reactivated my WW online account on Friday! I used it over a year ago...it may not drop weight really fast like a low carb intro, but I've found it to be more stable (like when you cheat you don't pay so badly!). I like that they build in the "flex" points so you can plan for a piece of birthday cake or a more liberal weekend. And it does teach you to do better with healthy habits rather than "diet." The online program works best for me because I can calculate and track points, but I don't have time to go to meetings in person. I think the online version is cheaper too.   7. I have been on WW my entire adult life. It is an easy way to lose weight but my problem is that it didn't address the issues in my brain to help me keep it off.
