Well it's official....

I went to my 1st weight watchers meeting. Tonight was my last night of eating without regrd or any1 asking about my food consumption. I am nervous, excited...ready. My point goal for the day is 34. I am already thinking about what I am going to eat tomorrow. I guess that is a good thing.


  1. Yay, glad to see you posting again. Going to Weight Watchers is a great first step. That weight will be coming off in no time.

  3. I am a firm Weight Watchers believer, I tried every diet under the sun and WW was the only one that worked, is working for me.
    I lost 20kgs, which is about 44lbs - and am now at goal weight.
    I could only eat 22 points when I started, then as I got closer to goal those points dropped down to 18...now am maintaining and am eating 20 points a day - sometimes use my bonus points from training if I need to go over a few extra, especially now that I'm on holiday...
    So enjoy your 34 points as thats a lot of food to eat.
    Remember to plan your meals for the next day before u go to bed...weigh your food...within a month you will be so comfortable with the program you wont need to weigh anymore and will know which are the good and bad choices...
    I am so excited that you are on this program...it works but it takes dedication from your side as well...plan, plan plan...there is no other way of getting the weight off.
    walk at least 30 min's everyday....cardio cardio cardio is the secret when u start...
