This title came to me as I was warming up on the bike at the gym. I need to be less lazy in so many areas of my life. It is a matter of a few issues that I let get in my way.
Planning-- Exercise and proper nutrition need to be priority.
Family--Sometimes I just wanna veg out with them and not do anything. Hubby is also a huge fan of eating out. I need to be more diligent in eating wel when we go out.
