21 days 3.0 - Sleep Matters


Lack of sleep can limit and/or hinder weight loss. That is one thing I do not want. I am not helping be not getting enough sleep. So now I am working on 21 straight days of early bedtime.

Sun 07-24 11:00pm - Day 1
Mon 07-25 11:30pm - Day 2 - Harder than night before. Great TV night. Oh well.
Tue 07-26 11:15pm - Day 3
Wed 07-27 11:25pm - Day 4- Son & his girlfriend stopped by almost didn't make it. Took awhile to fall asleep.
Thu 07-28 11:00pm - Day 5 - early to bed. Just wanted to rest and think about how to tackle my day.
Fri 07-29 12:30am - Day off - weekend equals a break...back to it Sunday night.
Sat 07/30 12:30am - Day off - weekend equals a break...back to it Sunday night. 1
Sun 08/01 11:30pm - Day 6 - Started getting up at 615am. Getting ready to go back to work.
Mon 08/02 11:15pm - Day 7-
Tue 08/03 11:05pm - Day 8 - Fell asleep easily.
Wed 08/04 10:45pm - Day 9
Thu 08/05 12:30am.. well I am little torn.
Fri 08/06 IDK---> - Day off - weekend equals a break...back to it Sunday night.
Sat 08/07 IDK---> - Day off - weekend equals a break...back to it Sunday night.
Sun 08/08 12:30am- unable to sleep. excited about going back to work.
Mon 08/08 11:45pm--ok I know... I know... I need to get back to this before I crash and burn.

  1. Good luck with this! Sleep is very important, I can go to bed early but then not fall asleep for another hour. I always just get back up and start all over again. Very strange.
