FIber


I have been thinking alot lately about FIber. I have been wondering if I get enough. I changed the settings on MyFitness Pal to list how much fiber I get.
Here is the report I ran for the last 30 days.


ANyhow... Not once day in the last 30 days have gotten close to the 25g minimum I believe I need. SO I am reading up on way to increase my fiber. I do not want to take a supplement but I will see hwo this all goes.

So Fiber is one thing I want to work on in the next few weeks and months.
