Week # 2
Sept. 18th thru Sept. 24th, 2011
Starting Weight: 219.4#
Target Weight Loss: -1.4#
Actual Weight: 220.2# (up 0.8#)
I have a conflict and need some feedback.opinion on my weigh in this week. I weighed in Saturday at 218.2 (down 1.2#). Then is (Sunday) a.m. I woke up weighed 220.2 (gain 0f 0.8#).
So I have to decide:
1-Which weight to count....?
2-What to make my goal weight for next week....?3-Can I change my weigh in to Saturday to line with my Sisters LITE weigh in?
I think this week really was a fail. I didnt exercise enough only 1hour35minutes. I didn't read my book enough---only 2 days. My water was adequate. But it was better than nothing. I made progress. I know my body is changing. I need to just be consistent.
I will make this week better. I have a 14 day detox in front of me so I am expecting bug numbers. I wanted to share some pics from the SLITE Mom/Daughter 1st meeting...
