This the topic for Day 6 in the book I am reading. I read this a few days ago but havent taken the time to address it. I feel like the timing for this mini-lesson couldn't be more on point.
I experienced a nice weight loss this past Sunday at my weigh in. Yet ever since i have been home i have been eating out ot eating like crap. It is like yesterday when I got home late from takin Maya to dr. No dinner was prepared. Hubby was like lets just go out to eat. I didnt eat horribly but in reality i just wanted to be home & rest or do something more productive.
