Book: Read it 6 of 7 days (success)
Water: over 96 oz 7 of 7 days (fail)

Register for a go to at least 1 Cross Fit Class. (fail)

    I know you had a hard week, and I felt bad for you knowing there wasn't much that could be said or done across continents to help you.

    Don't let it beat you by giving up. You can come back from it. Let go of last week, and start a new, fresh, better week.

    Just make one better choice at a time, you'll find your mojo again.

    If all else fails, find a way to get a few hours to yourself and do what YOU want to do. Recharge and heal.

  6. New week, new chart...now get up and get moving! You can do this. And the added benefit? More exercise actually reduces stress. Yeah. Really!

  7. What a cutie! And the exercise doesn't look like a fail to me. A few less calories and a little more water - you can do it this week. I know the feeling of not enough water. I can feel it in the skin on my face. Makes all the difference. Have a great week!
