It is 1am on SUnday morning and I realized that I haven't updated my chart all week. Another week of semi regrets and still not giving up.

    There's one a 15-20 minute walk away/4 minute drive. But I cannot squat or lunge. And I fear I'd pop something out. YOu look so powerful doing that. I'm envious. You warrior woman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
