Back to work...

This is my 1st week back at work. It has been very challenging to stay on track. I am more tired than I expected. I am still working out daily. I have been using just dance primarily. Its a great workout and its fun.


  1. Glad to hear its going okay, if it can't be great. I saw in your sidebar that you've done crossfit! You may or may not know, I crossfit and I love it. I was just wondering what you thought of it, if you still do it, and if you think you'll ever go back? Here's hoping you snap back into your routine soon and the tiredness goes away xx

  3. I am not looking forward to going back to work!

    I have been using Xbox 360 Kinect EA Sports Active 2. It came with a heart rate monitor that connects wirelessly to the game as you are working out (very accurate!) and resistance bands. IT IS AWESOME! Lots of different programs and games and all sorts. I am really motivated by it. It worked me so hard this morning I wanted to throw up... twice. But it was so worth it LOL
