I have been reading lots comments about the scale. I can sense a wide variety of feelings. I can relate but I wanted to just remind every one that the number on the scale is just that a number. It does not define who you are. It also does not always represent the hard work you have put in.
I researched the different opinions about weighing in & there are several lines of thought. One site suggested weighting daily and finding an average weight. Another site suggested weighing weekly at the same time of day. I even found one that suggest monthly.
My conclusion.... it is a matter of what works for you. If you know that weighing daily frustrating then put the scale away. Have a trustee hide the scale til the predetermined time. I just want us all to remember that the scale is just one indicator of how healthy you are. This is about getting fit. Just my 2 cents.
